Rabbi Schneur Oirechman, Executive Director of Chabad of Tallahassee says, "This is all about celebrating Hanukkah and bringing Hanukkah out to the public, because Hanukkah has a universal message of religious freedom and freedom of expression, so we want to come out here and share it with everyone."
